  • Trainees are serial winners in State and National competitions
  • Job offers for all successful trainee graduates energy sectors

The Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK) has again crowned MKM as the “Top Company for Traineeships”. The award does not come by chance. Young MKM employees are serial champions at State and even National level in the competition for “Germany’s Best Trainee”. Lukas Pistorius, for example, has completed his three-and-a-half-year traineeship to become an IT specialist with the top grade of “very good” and has just been awarded the prize of Best Trainee in the discipline of systems integration by the IHK. In 2019, too, MKM will offer over 20 traineeships in attractive professions such as Process Technologist (previously Process Technician), Mechatronics Technician, Machine and Equipment Operator, Electronics Automation Technician or IT Specialist. "We are proud that the number of applications has risen steadily in the last few years in spite of falling numbers of school graduates, and that we are regularly able to offer all successful training graduates a job with MKM”, says MKM Personnel Manager Mario Straßberger.
